3. PRODUCTS AND LISTINGS

Port City Comics specializes in the sale of occasional and pre-owned books. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition, edition, and details of each item listed. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, complete, or current.

All product listings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product offered, discontinue any product at any time, and correct any pricing errors without prior notice.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with your transaction.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled, and any payment collected will be refunded.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer standard free shipping on all orders to customers within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will make every effort to investigate the matter with the carrier.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mobile County, Alabama.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Port City Comics regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
